This entry is one day too late but day three was just as hard as the other two.
Breakfast was a smoothie of bananas, strawberries & peanut butter.
Lunch was chicken, sauteed spinach and green banana. Yes in the Caribbean we eat the green bananas when they are green. They are boiled and eaten and are oh so delicious, Well at least they are to me.
Dinner was a well-deserved rib eye with a side salad.
All in all I went to bed full and happy that once again I was able to conquer my cravings but dreading the following day.
