What is better than not slaving over a hot stove/oven to prepare a delicious meal for your family? The answer is getting your husband to do it of course. Vince has an aversion to cooking anything. He will not attempt or complain and give tons of reasons he cannot. Today dear readers he could not escape. Today marks day two of his alone time and I used it to my advantage. Not only did he season the chicken to perfection, he baked them. I must say that I am very proud of him. My hubby was able to follow my instructions and prepare a delicious dish for his family.
